Do you offer courses in languages other than English?

What certificates do you offer?

A certificate of completion is available for each [Name of site] course. You must complete all course content in order, including the pre-test and course feedback form and earn a score of 80% or better on the post-test to successfully complete a course and receive a certificate. 

Can I save my certificate to print later?

Yes, login to your [Name of site] profile to view/download your certificate(s) of completion at any time. Click on the “Certificate” button for the course certificate that you wish to access. Your certificate will open as an HTML certificate that you can print to paper or to PDF. If you print to PDF, then you can save it on your computer to print later. 

Can you mail me my certificate?

At this time, we are unable to mail certificates. We encourage you to either print the certificate or save it to a storage device to print in the future. Please note that you can login to your [Name of site] profile at any time to view/download your certificate(s) of completion. 

Can I receive a CME or CEU for my successful completion?

Because accreditation varies by country and by profession, [Name of site] does not accredit or provide CME or CEU credits for courses. 

Where can I find my certificate(s) of completion? 

At any time, you can return to the [Name of site] website, login, and select “View Your Profile” to view/download your certificate(s) of completion. 

Can I link to a course as a resource on my website or other materials?

Yes, please do! You can link directly to the [Name of site] website to show the full list of courses or link to individual courses as needed. 

Can I change/update my information?

Yes! You can change or update your personal information –including your name, email address, and password, country, occupation, and even upload a photo – by logging into your [Name of site] profile and clicking on “Edit your profile”.  Be sure to type in your first and last name exactly as you would like them to appear on a course or program completion certificate. 

Can I reset my password if I forgot it?

Yes! If you forget your password, visit the [Name of site] homepage and click the blue “Login” button. On the login screen, click “Lost Your Password?” to receive an email to reset it. The password reset email will be sent to the email address you submitted when you created your [Name of site] account.
